The landscape for private tickets changed on 4 November 2015, when the Supreme Court ruled against Barry Beavis in his appeal against an £85 parking charge.
But this need not mean it’s game over for the motorist – there are many reasons why such tickets may not be enforceable, and we are the experts in finding the reasons why. Whatever stage you are at with your appeal, we can help resolve the issues and have the ticket cancelled.

Just complete the form on our ‘Make An Appeal‘ page, attach all documents, and you will be contacted to arrange payment. Please note we receive many applications and emails daily and whilst we aim to respond within 5 working days, with a progress report of your case, this may take longer at peak times. We also operate a triage system at peak times to offer specific tailored support where urgent responses are required, Delays can occur where third party applications are received, or if payment is made via another party or the application concerns multiple tickets – please contact us after 5 days if you have not received any response to your application.

As BPA members ourselves, we do not accept that the International Parking Community operates a fair and transparent appeals process, and the IPC continues to refuse to engage with us to resolve our concerns. As a result, we are supporting the BPA in their lobbying of Government for there to be a single, demonstrably independent, transparent appeals service for all private parking companies.
